Dear Team,
Warm greetings and best wishes to you all and family members, on the occasion of 27th Foundation Day of BSNL. We are fortunate to get an opportunity to serve the nation, being a member of BSNL Family, who has always stood resilient through challenges, driven by unwavering hardwork of employees, their grit and dedication.
On this occasion, I feel proud to inform you that we are launching a new look “NE1 Intranet Portal” for our internal, confidential communication and exchange of day-to-day initiatives of BSNL and enterprising activities within NE1 Circle. The portal is totally developed inhouse, using the inhouse talent of our employees.
As we push forward into the final months of 2026, I want to take a moment to acknowledge the incredible dedication you bring to BSNL every single day across Meghalaya, Tripura, and Mizoram. Our region presents unique geographical and infrastructural challenges, yet your resilience ensures that our communities stay seamlessly connected. We are currently at a defining moment for BSNL. With the ongoing expansion of our indigenous 4G mobile networks and the execution of ambitious Amended Bharatnet Project connecting all Villages on OFC ring, along with total infrastructure upgradation, the Northeast is no longer just keeping pace—we are positioned to lead.
Our mission goes far beyond maintaining telecom infrastructure; we are the digital backbone that empowers local businesses, supports education, and connects families in the most remote corners of our states. Every tower we upgrade and every fiber line we lay brings us closer to a digitally inclusive India. This progress is only possible because of your hard work, technical expertise, and refusal to back down in the face of tough terrain, difficult weather and severe infrastructure challenges. Let us carry this strong momentum forward into the coming two quarters of this Financial year 2026-27.
I urge each of you to continue focusing on network reliability, prompt customer service, and operational excellence. Together, we will make this circle a benchmark of success for the entire country. हम सौभाग्यशाली हैं कि हमें बीएसएनएल परिवार का सदस्य बनकर राष्ट्र की सेवा करने का अवसर प्राप्त हुआ है। बीएसएनएल ने सदैव चुनौतियों के बीच दृढ़ता और मजबूती के साथ अपनी भूमिका निभाई है। इसके पीछे हमारे कर्मचारियों की अटूट मेहनत, लगन, दृढ़ संकल्प और समर्पण की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका रही है।
इस अवसर पर मुझे यह बताते हुए गर्व हो रहा है कि हम अपने नए स्वरूप वाले “एनई-1 इंट्रानेट पोर्टल” का शुभारंभ कर रहे हैं। यह पोर्टल एनई-1 परिमंडल के भीतर आंतरिक एवं गोपनीय संचार तथा बीएसएनएल की दैनिक गतिविधियों और विभिन्न पहलों से संबंधित सूचनाओं के आदान-प्रदान के लिए विकसित किया गया है। यह पोर्टल पूर्णतः इन-हाउस विकसित किया गया है और इसके निर्माण में हमारे अपने कर्मचारियों की प्रतिभा एवं तकनीकी दक्षता का उपयोग किया गया है।
जैसे-जैसे हम वर्ष 2026 के अंतिम महीनों की ओर बढ़ रहे हैं, मैं मेघालय, त्रिपुरा और मिजोरम में बीएसएनएल के लिए आप सभी द्वारा प्रतिदिन किए जा रहे असाधारण समर्पण को विशेष रूप से स्वीकार करना चाहता हूँ। हमारा क्षेत्र अपनी विशिष्ट भौगोलिक एवं बुनियादी ढाँचे संबंधी चुनौतियों के लिए जाना जाता है, फिर भी आपकी दृढ़ता यह सुनिश्चित करती है कि हमारे समुदाय निरंतर और निर्बाध रूप से जुड़े रहें।
हम वर्तमान में बीएसएनएल के लिए एक महत्वपूर्ण दौर से गुजर रहे हैं। हमारे स्वदेशी 4G मोबाइल नेटवर्क के निरंतर विस्तार, सभी गाँवों को OFC रिंग के माध्यम से जोड़ने वाली महत्वाकांक्षी संशोधित भारतनेट परियोजना, तथा संपूर्ण दूरसंचार अवसंरचना के उन्नयन के साथ पूर्वोत्तर क्षेत्र अब केवल अपनी गति बनाए रखने तक सीमित नहीं है, बल्कि आगे बढ़कर नेतृत्व करने की स्थिति में है।
हमारा उद्देश्य केवल दूरसंचार अवसंरचना का रखरखाव करना नहीं है; हम उस डिजिटल आधारभूत संरचना के रूप में कार्य कर रहे हैं जो स्थानीय व्यवसायों को सशक्त बनाती है, शिक्षा को सहयोग प्रदान करती है और हमारे राज्यों के सबसे दूरस्थ क्षेत्रों में रहने वाले परिवारों को जोड़ती है। हमारे द्वारा उन्नत किया गया प्रत्येक टावर और बिछाई गई प्रत्येक फाइबर लाइन हमें एक डिजिटल रूप से समावेशी भारत के और करीब ले जाती है।
यह प्रगति केवल आपकी कड़ी मेहनत, तकनीकी विशेषज्ञता और कठिन भू-भाग, प्रतिकूल मौसम तथा गंभीर बुनियादी ढाँचे संबंधी चुनौतियों के सामने हार न मानने के आपके संकल्प से ही संभव हुई है। आइए, इस मजबूत गति को वित्तीय वर्ष 2026-27 की आगामी दो तिमाहियों में भी निरंतर आगे बढ़ाएँ।
मैं आप सभी से आग्रह करता हूँ कि नेटवर्क की विश्वसनीयता, त्वरित ग्राहक सेवा और परिचालन उत्कृष्टता पर निरंतर ध्यान केंद्रित करें। हम सभी मिलकर इस परिमंडल को पूरे देश के लिए सफलता का एक मानक बनाएँगे।
